Who we are

Royal Treasure (www.royaltreasure.online) is a browser game app operated by Royal Treasure. Questions about these Terms: support@royaltreasure.online.

By creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms, the Rules shown in the app and at royaltreasure.online/rules, and our Privacy Policy.

Who can play

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to take part under the laws of the place where you live. Royal Treasure is void where prohibited. You are responsible for checking and following your local laws.

One account per person. Accounts are personal: do not share, sell or transfer yours, and do not play on someone else's account.

Your account

Keep your username and password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Verify your email to unlock the welcome gift and daily shop offers. Your phone number is verified once, by text message, at your first redemption.

Tell us at support@royaltreasure.online if you think someone else has used your account.

Coins, chests and balances

SC (coins) are bought in chests or received from promotions; FP is free play. Cash, promotional bonus and FP are separate balances. Coins have no value outside Royal Treasure except through an approved redemption.

Purchases are processed by our payment partners (CSPay and ggusonepay). A checkout that fails or is cancelled is not charged; completed purchases are final unless the law requires otherwise. Disputing a completed purchase with your bank or payment app may lead us to suspend the account while we review it.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion has its own terms, shown before you accept it and in the Rules: for example, the first-purchase match must be wagered 20× on the eligible games, at no more than 1.00 SC per qualifying paid round, within 30 days. Unused promotional funds can expire. Each welcome offer can be claimed once per person.

Redemptions

Redemptions start at 50.00 SC and are capped at 1,000.00 SC per request and by your daily allowance. SC you purchase or receive from a promotion is played once before it can be redeemed. Every redemption is reviewed by our team before it is paid to Cash App, PayPal, Chime, a debit card or a US bank account (ACH). We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we may decline or reverse a redemption tied to a breach of these Terms, an error or a payment dispute.

Fair play

Do not use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, shared or stolen payment methods, or any exploit of a game or promotion. Each game shows its own rules and paytable; a game's target return is a long-run average, not a promise for one session. If a game or the wallet malfunctions, the result recorded by our server applies and an affected round may be voided or corrected.

Suspension and closing

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the Rules, or to comply with the law. Balances obtained through a breach can be removed; other cash balances remain redeemable under the Rules.

Our responsibility

Royal Treasure is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these Terms; the date at the top changes, and important changes are shown in the app before they apply to you. These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where you live, to the extent those laws require it.

Play responsibly

Play for entertainment and set your own limits. If play stops being fun, take a break and contact support@royaltreasure.online to ask about closing your account.
