Your balances
Cash, promotional bonus and FP are separate. Purchases are processed by our payment partner, CSPay; redemptions are reviewed by our team and paid to Cash App, PayPal or Chime.
Welcome free play
The welcome reveal guarantees 2 FP after email verification. Reach a balance of 50 FP, complete all pending features, then exchange the whole FP balance for exactly 10.00 SC once. Your FP balance can fall. Like all received SC, the 10.00 SC award is played once before it can be redeemed; the 50.00 SC redemption minimum still applies.
First purchase match
Optional 100% match on your first purchase, on every chest: a 25.00 SC chest gives 25.00 SC and 25.00 SC bonus, and the 300.00 SC Crown Treasury gives 300.00 SC and 300.00 SC bonus. Wager 20× the bonus on the published eligible games, at no more than 1.00 SC per qualifying paid round, within 30 days. Choose Purchase bonus or Cash toward bonus in History to contribute. Cash only does not contribute and permits larger stakes within the game limits. Free spins and collections do not add wagering. Cash-funded winnings stay cash. Unused promotional funds can expire. A bonus balance below every eligible minimum stake ends the offer after pending features finish; the remainder is retired and recorded in History. Deposited cash is preserved.
Daily shop offers
After email verification, opening the shop reveals one 10%, 15% or 25% offer. It lasts 12 hours from that first display; reopening the shop never resets it. Your next offer is available no earlier than 24 hours after the previous offer appeared, on your next shop visit. Each offer can be purchased once. Choose a daily offer, the first-purchase match or cash only; bonuses cannot be combined. Wager 15 times the awarded bonus on eligible games, within 30 days and at no more than 1.00 SC per qualifying paid round. A failed checkout releases the same offer only until its original deadline. The server confirms eligibility and the final terms before checkout.
Daily rewards and levels
Daily claims and the ordinary wheel reset at midnight UTC. The seven-day treasure trail must be collected on consecutive days; missing a day restarts the trail at Day 1. The wheel shows its exact prize probabilities before you spin. Try Again awards no cash; each daily spin is used once, including a no-prize result. New seven-claim journeys range from 0.10 SC to 0.60 SC; a journey already started keeps its displayed schedule. Missing a daily claim pauses your cycle. Daily activity XP is capped at 25; email verification and your first completed purchase each add 10 XP once.
Redeeming
Minimum 50.00 SC. SC you purchase or receive from a promotion (daily rewards, wheel, conversions, bank) is played once from cash before it can be redeemed; winnings are never locked. Starter daily allowance 200.00 SC, increasing with level. Maximum 1,000.00 SC per redemption. Your phone is verified once, at your first redemption, and a recent password confirmation authorizes each request. Every redemption is reviewed by our team before it is paid. Pending payouts reserve cash; rejected or failed payouts restore it once.

History and recovery
Progress, native round history and transactions are in History. Reconnecting reconciles your wallet. Repeated requests retain their action identifiers so an interrupted response does not charge you twice.
